Custom adapters and interconnects can be designed, prototyped, benchmarked, and produced at any quantity in-house. I typically reach for aluminum, Ultem, and C101 copper to meet clients' needs, but I have experience with exotic materials like beryllium-copper or PEEK, should an application arise. On a larger scale, I recently designed and built an entire testing cradle meant to benchmark matching networks as they come off of a production line. This project - pictured below in a much detail as I am allowed to share - was used to calibrate equipment to be used in solar panel production. This unit featured many interconnects, a very high stand-off voltage, numerous RF-shielded "windows" for thermographic measurement, and every conductor of any sort was water cooled.
