At Wallace Design Services, we are ISO compliant and prioritize the security and confidentiality of our clients' intellectual property. We utilize private and redundant servers and do not use any forms of cloud-based software.
Prototyping, and Production
In addition to an ample shop with general fabrication tooling, a comprehensive suite of modern manufacturing equipment is available to inexpensively produce prototypes, one-offs, and large batches of parts. Parts can be directly 3d printed out of dozens of materials, or molds can be printed to cast parts from silicone, epoxy, or similar. Our DMG Mori CNC lathe with bar feeder makes short work of round parts, and our cutting-edge Brother W-Series mill can rapidly churn out one or thousands of milled parts. For overseas production, CNC fixturing can be rolled into the design stages of a product. Built and vetted in-house for production elsewhere, special tooling improves the quality of parts and helps to circumvent language barriers.
Documentation and Visualization
Standard technical documentation can be generated in the form blueprints and CAD/CAM files.
Photorealistic images and animation can be generated at any time. Clients have used these to great effect not only as visual aids for presentations, marketing materials, but also as instructions for craftsmen, installers, and end users.
